1 – Dry Ingredient Mix
Wet Ingredients You Need:
.25 cup milk of choice or water
2 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable, light olive, canola, safflower etc.)
- In a small microwave-safe bowl or mug (at least 8oz), combine all ingredients and stir until smooth
- Microwave for 60 – 90 seconds or until cooked through and batter is no longer wet. Our test microwave was 1250W and for 60 seconds
- Eat as is or top with additional toppings*
*Optional additions: chopped nuts, whipped cream or alternative, mixed berries, powdered sugar dusting, fresh mint
