These Hearty Trail Cookies are sure to lease even the pickiest of eaters!

A delicious mix of hearty rolled oats, dried Colorado cherries, chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds. Great as a grab-and-go breakfast camping trip snack. These cookies were developed by Jenn for her private chef business, Harvest to Home. Chose between our bake at home cookie kit or fresh Baker’s Dozen (13 count) packs.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 10-12 minutes

1 -Dry Ingredient Pack

Wet Ingredients You Need:

2 eggs
1 cup Crisco
2 tbsp water
Pan spray

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and lightly grease with pan spray.
  • In a bowl, cream Crisco and eggs together very well.
  • Add water and mix together.
  • Add Dry Ingredient Pack, mix well.
  • Drop by tablespoonful on to cookie sheet.
  • Bake in middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on pan for 5 minutes before moving to wire rack to complete cooling.

*Notes:
• Crisco can be substituted for other fat like butter, however the end results will be different.
